WishWare Beads Update
WishWare Beads is a site that I work very closely with, as we are constantly updating it (so it wont look like what is pictured for long!). We recently did a major site refresh which really cleaned up the design. We have added a Twitter section to the footer, as well as a more modern layout generally.
Regular updates really keeps this business moving, with a majority of business coming from the online shopping system. This client has seen rapid growth in the past year, even in the current financial crisis. This is most likely due to continually adding information, regular newsletters and specials for newsletter members and effective magazine advertising (I am also responsible for designing WishWare Beads ads in several craft magazines).
Homebirth Access Sydney
Homebirth Access Sydney is a website that was designed for the clients to be able to manage their subscribers list and allow online purchasing of membership and products. The clients had specific needs, in that they need to be able to transfer administration and sales roles as volunteers change.
Homebirth Access Sydney includes a Content Management System with a full Shopping Cart. The shopping cart uses a custom programmed script to print out addresses for all subscribers to the magazine. It also features downloadable products (instant for PayPal) and regular products which can be ordered by users of the site.
Another feature is the Members Only ability, which will be added to in the future. This allows access to certain pages by group members.
I also designed the Homebirth Access Sydney logo, a brochure and a series of posters for this client. This allowed for a more professional image for the entire organisation.
Sweet & Flour - shopping system & blog
Sweet & Flour is a shopping system that sells cakes, hampers and other products in regional NSW.
My work with Sweet & Flour included full logo development, business cards, the ecommerce website linked above and a web blog so that the client can post relevant news to her website with ease.
For this site I recommended professional photography for the products to which the client agreed. Shoal Haven Studios have provided excellent imagery, which has really made a difference to the overall look of the website.
Beading with V - ecommerce & logo
Beading with V is a recently finalised site that was again developed as a shopping cart system. Also included was the logo above, which was produced to high quality print standards.
Beading with V is hosted with our servers and SSL certificates have been provided for a reasonable fee. This is a client only service.
Swish Homewares
Swish Homewares was a site that I completed last month. Another shopping cart with some custom modules to suit Australian ecommerce.
My work with Swish also included the logo (which was created with the Curlz font at the clients request) and full product upload. This generally involves manually editing images, in this case to a pure white background. This helps the products to stand out while making the site look professional and clean.
