Homebirth Access Sydney

Homebirth Access Sydney is a website that was designed for the clients to be able to manage their subscribers list and allow online purchasing of membership and products. The clients had specific needs, in that they need to be able to transfer administration and sales roles as volunteers change.

Homebirth Access Sydney includes a Content Management System with a full Shopping Cart. The shopping cart uses a custom programmed script to print out addresses for all subscribers to the magazine. It also features downloadable products (instant for PayPal) and regular products which can be ordered by users of the site.

Another feature is the Members Only ability, which will be added to in the future. This allows access to certain pages by group members.

I also designed the Homebirth Access Sydney logo, a brochure and a series of posters for this client. This allowed for a more professional image for the entire organisation.

Wise Food Education - Practitioner Website

Another semi-recent site that I completed… this is a blog with a custom template which in this case is used as a content management system. Wise Food Education was developed for a practitioner website, so that the client can educate and stay in contact with her patients. Also included are forms for online booking of courses and appointments. This apple logo and tree were designed to suit the clients business style.

HMRAV - Historical Motor Racing Association of Victoria

Well, you can always see when I have been rather busy when my website has not been updated in a while. In early February I finished a full content management system (CMS) for the HMRAV. This site included: design, events calendar, information pages, contact form, image gallery and member forums, with a single sign on to access all of these features.

Bubba Earth - Shopping and Content Management System

This is site includes what is affectionately known as “the lot”. Bubba Earth required a full shopping system plus a Content Management System, so that the site could be fully interactive for all members.

The shopping cart system needed several modules for Australian banking and postage. The CMS required several sections that could be easily managed by administrators. The website was created in July of 2005.

Carrying Away

During 2003-2006 I worked with a business called Carrying Away, which is still available now (no longer my design, though I did assist with some image work on the current site).

I did a couple of re-designs on the site during that time, these are some small sample images as the site is no longer available. The work included full site management, production of articles, logo development and print advertising.
